The only land or buildings owned by Aust Parish Council is the Woodwell Meadows Nature Reserve at Field Lane, Littleton-upon-Severn. The site is approximately 3.1 hectares and includes a wooded area, open meadows and a pond.  The land was gifted at no cost to Aust Parish Council in April 2010. It is currently managed by South Gloucestershire Council, on behalf of the Parish Council.

The council owns a few other fixed assets, including noticeboards in each village. These are listed in the Asset Register.

The defibrillator in Aust village (in the old phone box) is owned by the council but managed and funded by a group of Aust residents.
